CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
I have worked as a Business Transformation specialist for over 10 years, supporting change in business by working closely with skilled people across all levels of an organisation. I began as a chartered accountant, and quickly realised that cohesive progress needs strong leadership, active mentoring, guidance and individual development for there to be any chance of successful team development.
Knowing this, I added mediation and mentoring skills to my repertoire, and have been facilitating coaching and development for many years. I am a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Qualified Mediator and Certified Psychological Safety Coach and love working with both individuals and teams. Team development comes from individual development, engagement and resilience in times of change, which all work towards sustained performance improvements and cultural growth.
My personal interests are playing netball, watching the Formula 1 races (preferably live at the tracks), spending time with my family and my lovely little Maltese dog.
CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
I am a Leadership and Team Development Coach for Business Owners and Managers. I help Leaders to ditch the burnout, minimise inefficiency and underperformance and create their ultimate dream team!
I am an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC), Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Certified Psychological Safety Coach, NLP (with Neuroscience) Practitioner, and NLP Sports Practitioner and I work with Organisations, Elite Athletes, Entrepreneurs and Professionals to achieve their goals by leaning into their natural spheres of excellence.
With over 12 years of practical experience in leading business development and organisational change, I am passionate about helping businesses to optimise their culture, and in helping individuals to realise their full potential.
As a retired international and Premiership Rugby player, I enjoy running to stay fit, and spending time with my family.
LEADERSHIP & ORGANISATIONAL COACH
I am a leadership and organisational coach who believes that the key to successful transformation is through consciously embedding the change you want to make into daily life and routines. I believe that everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves and my passion is to work with individuals and teams to create the right environment for that to happen. I place high importance on understanding of self and how to utilise this understanding to maximise potential. Helping organisations and individuals move from good to great is my passion. My coaching style is collaborative and impact-centric focusing on delivering value and providing a sustainable framework for change.
I have always been fascinated by human behaviour and psychology and so my career has always had a psychology focus. Straight out of university I worked in Human Resources, establishing frameworks for success with a start-up. My first career transition came when I studied my PGCE and became a primary school teacher. This was great because it afforded me the opportunity to really learn about the psychology behind education - which is something that I implement with my clients today. After maternity leave I returned to HR, this time setting up my own company which is where I have been for the last 10 years. Both my clients and my work are varied but all centre around organisational psychology. Change management, leadership development, and coaching are the areas where my clients see the most impact. Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing are the industries I have most experience in. Merging my love of education with my love of organisational psychology I also lecture on the Msc HRM Business Psychology unit at Manchester Met University.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT COACH
My overall passion as a Global Executive Coach focuses on emotional intelligence and global leadership as I engage clients to discover their innate talents, develop them into strengths and succeed through self-reflection and thought-provoking questions. With curiosity and integrity as my drivers, I accompany clients during transitions be it from country to country as global leaders, or from manager to leader roles in global organizations.
As a Team Coach, I work with senior leadership teams in global organizations as they identify the 3 invisible drivers to High Performance Teams: psychological safety, motivational drive and cultural intelligence. I invite clients to stop, reflect and focus on questions such as: “What needs to shift in me to bring out the best in others?” and “How can we build bridges across cultural, linguistic, generational, and gender divides?”
Prior to pursuing studies to become an Executive Coach in 2006, I held management positions in a United States-based multinational as European Product Leader in Microradiology and in a French electronics company as Export Director, responsible for Asia Pacific markets. In my first position, I accompanied engineering teams as they installed CT Scans (medical diagnostic tools). My role was to train doctors and medical staff on how to use the equipment. During an installation in France, the team encountered some setbacks which turned my three-week stay into three months. When I returned to the USA, I was promoted to a new position within Mammography Diagnostics and seized the opportunity when offered the role in Paris, France as European Product Leader bridging the marketing and sales teams. This proved to be the catalyst for my interest in cross-cultural communication. After an M&A, I left the company, first moving into a sales role with a French electronics company then pursued studies in Intercultural Management. I have worked and travelled extensively in Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East, and am fluent in French and English. Clients include governmental agencies, finance, manufacturing, IT, and luxury. I have also served on various executive boards such as the Global Marketing Committee of the International Coach Federation and the Society of Intercultural, Educational, Training and Research (SIETAR-France). As an avid learner, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Supervision with Ashridge-Hult in 2022 with a specialization in team coaching and coaching supervision.
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY COACH
am a Registered Psychologist in the Philippines, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, and a Certified Positive Psychology Coach. I have over 20 years of combined professional experience in facilitating workshops, counseling, and coaching.
I help students, professionals, and leaders to develop themselves, improve the way they work, and build stronger relationships.
I believe that all of us have a sparkle within us in the form of our unique combination of strengths. I am passionate about creating a space where my clients can embrace their full potential through self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-love, so that they can celebrate their sparkle.
I started my career in training during my senior year in high school. I gained experience as a facilitator as I joined different student organizations during my university years. Since then, I have developed and conducted programs for corporate clients on topics like strengths-based development, psychological safety, team building, positive work attitude, effective communication skills, and emotional culture.
I began counseling as a peer counselor during university and continued to practice professionally after completing my master's degree. In 2015, I pursued coaching which started through my passion for the CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) assessment and Positive Psychology. As a coach and consultant, I work with a wide range of companies as they transform their culture into one that is psychologically safe, leverages on strengths, and cares for the individual as a human first. I coach a diverse population of individuals including high school and college students, professionals, executives, and business owners. I also constantly partner with different coaches in the Philippines, Dubai, Nigeria, Singapore, USA, and the UK.
